Description:

Sovereign Radon Barriercoat is a ready for use specialist styrene butadiene latex based liquid applied membrane. It offers a simple continuous passive system to the full footprint of new builds producing basic radon protection and a waterproof membrane complying with requirement C2 and C4 of Schedule 1 of the Building Regulations 1991 for England and Wales BR211 Annex A defines areas where basic or full protection should be provided and Annex B contains maps where a geological assessment should be carried out.
Sovereign Radon Barriercoat can be used to protect most building surfaces from the effect of liquid and water vapour carbonation and as a gas barrier e.g. methane. As the product is a barrier to moisture it can be use as a DPM on floors and in walls.
