The Resapol Foundation has reaffirmed its dedication to supporting UK charities and communities. Consequently the Foundation made the decision to donate £1,000 to Rowena Nursery School in Glasgow
About Rowena Nursery
Rowena Nursery are a local authority nursery based in the Knightswood area of Glasgow. They accommodate children aged 2-5. They strive to provide a quality learning environment for their children. Children and families are continuously at the centre of everything that they do. They are huge advocates for children being independent in making their own learning decisions and developing independence and resilience. All while developing an array of different skills while engaging in child led educational experiences based on their current learning interests.
How will they utilise the donation?
The £1,000 donation from the Resapol Foundation will be used to help fund resources. Rowena Nursery are constantly adapting their environment and practice to help support all of their learners and meet their social, emotional and academic needs. Recently they added a calming sensory den to the playroom. Subsequently they are hopeful they can appropriately resource the sensory den and continue to develop this over time with this donation

Rowena Nursery was presented with a cheque for £1000 by the Resapol Foundation representative Lloyd Phillips and Glasgow’s Ambassador Dean Dragsnes.
