When it comes to concrete repair, structural bonding, and epoxy mortar applications, performance is everything. That is why we are proud to announce the relaunch of two upgraded formulations designed to solve real site challenges:
- rbs Epoxy Mortar LW
- rbs Structural Adhesive
These enhanced products deliver improved workability, strength, and compliance with standards, giving specifiers and contractors greater confidence across structural and non structural repair projects.
rbs Epoxy Mortar LW

Using the right materital for vertical or overhead applications is essential if you do not want to risk a droopy bottom!
rbs Epoxy Mortar LW is ideal for repairing vertical and overhead concrete, stone & masonry with minimal slumping. Complies with EN 1504-3: 2005 Structural and nonstructural repair methods 3.1, 7.1 & 7.2.
- Ideal for forming shapes, moulding and fillets.
- rbs Epoxy Mortar LW strength is 30 MPa with good chemical resistance.
- Able to fill larger, deep voids up to 50mm+ in a single layer. Reducing repair time and costs.
- Application can be enhanced with the use of temporary formwork for extra deep repairs.
- Lower density reduces the risk of slumping, making it ideal for repairs on ceilings, columns, and beams.
- Strength & Durability offers excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, and stone providing long-term repairs with the aid of rbs epoxy primer.
- Suitable for repairing eroded or damaged concrete, stone, and mortar, providing both integrity and chemical resistance.
- The products light grey colour allow it to be pigmenting and for colour matching with iron oxide dyes.
rbs Structural Adhesive

rbs Structural adhesive, is a highly thixotropic bonding adhesive – that really does give an unshakeable bond. It provides superior strength, durability and chemical resistance in a wide variety of applications. Complies with EN 1504-4:2004 Repair Method 4.4 Bonded Mortar or Concrete.
- Ideal for bonding a wide range of building materials to one another e.g. concrete, brick, metal, stone, wood dense rubber & PTFE (thermoplastic) used for Bridge Bearing pads.
- Globally epoxy structural adhesives are used for bridge segmental construction and most certainly being used on HS2.
- Capable of withstanding heavy loads and in some cases replacing welding.
- Environmental Resistance with excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, and high temperatures, preventing degradation under harsh conditions.
- Can be used for structural repairing cracked or damaged concrete, concrete corners, and edges.
- Bonding and attaching structural elements, such as steel plates, concrete elements, and timber, to existing concrete.
