Ecorend SP77 Silicone Masonry Paint is a full Silicone resin-based, ready to use, high performance through coloured paint that is highly vapour permeable. Designed to give an ultra – high weatherproof finish whilst allowing the building to breathe. Excellent coverage rates dependent on substrate with outstanding covering power.

Application :

To avoid dampness and discolouration painting should be avoided below DPC or within 150mm of ground level. Apply with a paintbrush, lamb’s wool roller or spray depending on the size of the
substrate. Ecorend SP77 Silicone Masonry Paint can be diluted with up to 50% water depending on the suction of the substrate. Stir properly before use. Specification Clauses relating to these products can be found in NBS Section M20 & M21 rendering. BS 5262 Code of Practice for External Rendering and BS 8000-10 must be followed.
