At Resapol we strive for excellence in everything we do. As such we have invested a substantial amount of time into achieving various ISO accreditations. We are proud to consistently hold accreditations for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 from TUV Nord.
ISO 9001
In order to obtain the ISO 9001 accreditation Resapol was required to produce a quality management system which demonstrates our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
It has been well documented that by managing the processes, efficiency will be improved and objectives more easily attained. Measuring and evaluating these processes has helped Resapol to identify specific areas for improvement throughout the business, helping to create a streamlined and customer-first approach.
ISO 14001
The ISO 14001 accreditation illustrates that Resapol has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to manage environmental responsibilities in a manner that positively contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability. This includes taking clear steps to reduce our environmental impact.
Since receiving this ISO Resapol have taken significant measures to further improve and build upon our levels of sustainability. Such as the introduction of a streamlined recycling plan for each of our nationwide depots, and the introduction of a fleet of electric company vehicles. Full details are on our Sustainability page.
ISO 45001
Finally, our ISO 45001 accreditation reinforces our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace for our staff, customers and visitors. This effectively prevents work-related injury and ill health whilst simultaneously improving our OH&S performance. A safe workplace also supports productivity and innovation among staff which ultimately provides a better service to our customers.

These ISO accreditations have never been viewed as boxes that have been required to be ticked. By implementing the various systems from an early stage has helped Resapol to understand the basic needs of our staff and customers. Consistent evaluations, using critical data and analysis, have further helped Resapol to shape our business for the better. Thereby ensuring we maintain our position as the UK’s leading supplier of specialist construction products.
