As well as ensuring customers continue to benefit from industry expertise, technical knowledge and exceptional service. As the business continues to expand, Will and Iain will play key roles in supporting customers and delivering growth across their respective regions.

Will joins Resapol with 18 years of experience in the construction industry, having built a successful career across the tiling, flooring and façade sectors. Throughout that time, he has developed a strong reputation for building long-term customer relationships, leading high-performing sales teams and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
A relationship-focused leader, Will firmly believes that strong partnerships are key to long-term success. His customer-first approach has enabled him to develop and maintain trusted relationships across the industry, including with Resapol, which he first managed as a national account customer in 2016.
Taking on a new challenge by moving from the manufacturing side of the industry into distribution, Will will be responsible for Resapol’s Leigh, Stockton and Glasgow branches. Working closely with colleagues and customers, he will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Iain brings almost 30 years of experience supplying materials to the construction industry, having held a variety of branch, regional and national roles throughout the UK. His extensive industry knowledge, commercial expertise and understanding of customer needs make him a valuable addition to the Resapol team.
In his newly created role, Iain will support the continued expansion of Resapol’s Scottish operation, working closely with customers and colleagues to strengthen the company’s presence across the country and ensure customers benefit from Resapol’s market-leading products, technical expertise and service offering.
