Description:

Sika®-1 Pre-bag LC Render Mortar is a pre-bagged, kiln dried blend of aggregates, cements, cement replacement materials with waterproofing admixtures. Packed as a single product system and formulated to achieve a high performance, durable and sustainable 3-coat render system. Mixed with water in differing quantities to achieve an initial bonding layer, render coat and finish.
The formulation is optimized for spray applied applications

Uses :

• Internal waterproofing of below ground structures to
  meet the requirements of BS8102:2022 Grades 1 – 3
• Waterproofing of swimming pools and other water retaining structures
• Waterproofing of basements, cellars and vaults
• Waterproofing of tunnels
