Mapei Silancolor Tonachino is a silicone resin based plaster in paste form available in different grain sizes for “rustic” effect exterior finishings, suitable for walls requiring attractive textured finishing, excellent water repellence and vapour permeability. Decoration of cement or lime based renders .Mapei Silancolor Tonachino is ideal for the decoration of Mape-Antique-based renders, decoration of dehumidifying renders, and the coating of existing paint (after a preventive trial).
As a thin silicone based render system, this thin coat render is similar to products such as K Rend and Weber external render coatings. This product offers a textured coating which is easy to clean and far more flexible than a traditional cement based render that suffers from cracking and green fungal growth.
As a textured top coat render, Mapei Silancolor Tonachino is a thin coat render suitable for both internal and external use. Silicone thin coat render systems are ideal for exterior renders.
