ModLime TopCoat is a specialist lime based render/ plaster finishing coat. Blended using St.Astier NHL’s and carefully selected additives to improve performance. This product is a premixed finishing render/plaster for application over ModLime BaseCoat.
It has improved physical and mechanical properties to maintain modern build rates whilst also offering all of the benefits that traditional lime mortars offer.
