Watco EpoxicoteTM High Build Primer is specially designed for use with Watco EpoxicoteTM High Build. EpoxicoteTM High Build is a high performance 100% solids epoxy resin coating, which benefits from the use of this primer on bare concrete surfaces. Use the primer on hard, smooth, power floated concrete which would otherwise reject a paint coating. This eliminates the need for grinding or costly shot blasting. Also use on weaker, porous bare concrete surfaces. If a high build coating such as Watco EpoxicoteTM High
Build is applied to a porous unsealed concrete surface, air can become trapped in the coating during application and cure leading to bubbles in the finished floor. This primer prevents this from happening.
