Description:

Mapei ProLeveller is a smoothing and levelling compound designed for use on internal floors in both domestic and commercial applications, prior to installing floor coverings.

Where to Use :

For interior levelling , smoothing and removing differences in thicknesses of 1 mm to 10 mm on new, existing concrete, sand cement , stone, terrazzo and ceramic tiles. Mapei ProLeveller is also suitable for
areas with underfloor heating.

Application :

Mapei ProLeveller can be applied by trowel or pump at a thickness from 1mm to 10mm in a single application. Mapei ProLeveller remains workable for 20-30 mins. Pour the mixed material onto the prepared substrate and allow the product to flow. Assist the product into the corners and to find its level. This can be further assisted with a trowel or pin rake. Do not overload the product with a towel. A spiked roller used whilst the product is still workable can further help to achieve a smooth even surface suitable to receive floor finishes. Apply at a minimum floor temperature above +5°C. At normal temperature, Mapei ProLeveller will take
light foot traffic after 3 hours and accept bonded floor coverings after 12 hours. A room temperature of 13-18°C should be maintained with a subfloor temperature of at least +5°C. Constant air flow and good ventilation will considerably assist drying times.
