Description:

Sika®-1 Pre-bag LC Screed Mortar is a pre-bagged, kiln dried blend of aggregates, cements, cement replacement materials with waterproofing admixtures. Packed as a single product system and formulated to achieve a high performance, durable and sustainable screed system. Mix with water in differing quantities to achieve an initial bonding layer and screed buildup. The formulation is optimised for pumped and hand-applied applications.

Uses :

Used for horizontal screed elements of: Internal waterproofing of below ground structures to meet the requirements of BS 8102:2022 Grades 1 – 3

• Waterproofing of swimming pools and other water retaining structures
• Waterproofing of basements, cellars and vaults
