Natural Cement
Natural Cement produce products that are environmentally friendly with a low carbon footprint, chemically resistant, waterproof and have proven to be great time savers due to their rapid strength gain and short curing times. The 3 products below are all also DWI Reg.31 approved for potable water applications.
Natcem 35
An environmentally friendly, fast setting mortar with rapid strength gain, suitable for installation up to any thickness from a minimum of 10mm. The product is suitable for a wide range of applications and starts to set after 35 minutes and is totally set in 40.
Waterstop
An environmentally friendly, rapid setting water-plug used for stopping leaks in seconds. Once mixed with water, the product starts to set after 90 seconds and is totally set after 2 ½ minutes. No chemical additives, just requires the addition of water.
Natcem AC
An Environmentally Friendly, fast setting mortar with a fine graded aggregate, suitable for installation up to any thickness from a minimum of 3mm. Suitable for trowel, brush, roller or pump application. Can be used in cold, wet or underwater conditions.
Mapei UK
Mapei Zero line of products means “zero impact on climate change” : CO emissions measured throughout the life cycle of products from the Zero line in 2023 using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology, verified and certified with EPDs, have been offset through the acquisition of certified carbon credits in support of renewable energy and forestry protection projects.
Mapefill Zero
A pre-blended powdered grout composed of high strength cement, graded aggregates and special admixtures with an expansive agent. It has excellent fatigue behaviour up to at least 300,000 cycles, which gives repaired structures a high level of resistance to cracking.
Planitop Smooth & Repair R4 Zero
Structural R4-class, rapid-setting, shrinkagecompensated, thixotropic, fibrereinforced, cementitious mortar, applied in a single
layer from 3 to 40 mm thick, for repairing and smoothing concrete.
Mapefer 1K Zero
A one-component mortar made from cementitious binders, powdered polymers and corrosion inhibitors and is applied to steel reinforcement to prevent the formation of rust and as an adhesion promoter for mortar used to repair concrete.
Fosroc UK
As part of their commitment to reduce environmental impact Fosroc UK & Ireland has introduced the ‘Green Tick’ product range. This identifies products that carry eco benefits to help reduce the impact of future construction projects on the environment.
Conbextra GP
High flow, non shrink, cementitious R4 grout for gap thicknesses of 10 to 75mm. Recommended for use on stanchion base plates, joints between pre-cast concrete, grouting applications and much more.
Patchroc 250
Versatile, fast setting micro-concrete for thick section patch repairs to concrete carriageways, pavements, floors, columns and beams. R4 Approved. For rapid reinstatement of thick sections of concrete.
Renderoc HB45
High performance hand / wet spray applied fibre reinforced, high build, high strength concrete reinstatement mortar, conforming to Class R4. Developed specifically for the repair of columns and beams.
rbs Product Range
The rbs range was established over 10 years ago and is one of exceptional products, tried and trusted within the construction industry to get the job done. The extensive range of products are accompanied by the industry renowned Resapol training, technical help and delivery promise.
rbs Greencure Sealer
A ultra low odour single pack white polymeric aqueous emulsion designed to impregnate concrete surfaces thus acting as a curing aid, surface sealer, dust proofer and hardener. One coat spray application, ultra low odour. Re-coatable with minimum preparation.
rbs Greentuf WW
The application of rbs Greentuf to an existing cement-bound floor will significantly improve the life of both old and new floors. It not only considerably reduces floor maintenance and subsequent cleaning costs, but also reduces dust hazard to both health and machinery.
rbs Greentard Liquid TF
An aqueous biodegradable pigmented retarder designed to be applied to formwork surfaces to produce an exposed aggregate surface which gives an excellent key for subsequent concreting or provides an alternative exposed finish; it is ideal for construction joints and rendering applications.
